About Me

I live in Chicago, Illinois, love to laugh, and am known to aggressively encourage others to hydrate, rest, and do their very best.

I love voicing in all sorts of different projects, and when I'm not in front of the microphone (or at my day job), I use my presence on social media as a voice of change, understanding, fun, and awareness. Advocacy is very important to me in the areas of Domestic Abuse/Narcissistic Abuse Awareness, self-care, professional development, and personal growth.

Much of that is inspired by my experience in the military. It has taught me that great things can be achieved when discipline meets a desire to bring change, no matter how intimidating the roadblocks on our journey seem.
